Regional Workplace & Amenities Associate

We are seeking a Regional Workplace & Amenities Associate responsible for supporting the day to day delivery of workplace, hospitality, and amenity services across Morgan Stanley's Boston office portfolio. This role serves as the primary onsite representative for a flagship Boston location featuring a high-volume employee cafe, conference center, and event space, while also providing oversight and coordination for additional offices throughout the region.

The Associate plays a critical role in creating an exceptional employee and guest experience by ensuring seamless workplace operations, managing amenity vendors, coordinating events, maintaining workplace standards, and acting as a trusted partner to business stakeholders. The role requires strong operational discipline, hospitality mindset, relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is an Associate level position within Property Services, which manages the daily operations of our facilities. Handle all engineering and maintenance services.

What you'll do in the role:

• Lead workplace operations across multiple Boston locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environments while serving as the primary point of contact for workplace services and escalations.
• Oversee amenities, hospitality, and workplace services, including food services, pantry programs, guest services, conference centers, and employee engagement offerings.
• Manage conference center and event operations, supporting internal meetings, executive visits, client events, recruiting activities, town halls, and employee programs.
• Drive an exceptional employee and guest experience through hospitality, visitor services, workplace communications, and continuous feedback-driven improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, corporate service teams, property management, and third-party vendors to ensure service excellence and operational effectiveness.
• Support strategic workplace initiatives, including reporting, space utilization analysis, office moves, renovations, operational enhancements, and employee experience programs.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities management, conference services, event management, employee experience, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience supporting corporate office environments or financial services organizations.
• Experience managing conference centers, hospitality operations, food service programs, or workplace amenities.
• Knowledge of workplace service technologies, event management platforms, or space reservation systems.
• Professional certifications in hospitality, workplace, facilities, or event management.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $66,000 and $99,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
