Sutter Health is looking for a Diabetes Educator I or II in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will provide education and support to patients around diabetes management, coordinating care with a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a related field, along with the necessary certifications. You will mentor patients to help them understand and manage their diabetes effectively.
