Your Core Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to commission new machines and diagnose/resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use digital resources to research faults and determine corrective actions.
• Record work performed with clear, concise service notes for customers and office teams.
• Advise on preventive maintenance and provide post-install training and support.
• Continuously build product and industry expertise across the Haas portfolio.
• Assist with related tasks as needed; duties may evolve with business needs.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical/electrical service or engineering; CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics (required).
• Comfort with laptops, smartphones, and software tools; Microsoft Office familiarity is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 lbs routinely; flexible schedule with frequent regional travel and daily dispatch from home.
