Architect (CAD & Construction Documentation)

Role Overview

Apply your architectural CAD and construction documentation expertise to help train next generation AI systems through high quality, real world technical input. This remote contract role focuses on detailed drawing packages, electrical documentation, and PCB layout work. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering use.
• Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, applying best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Clarify requirements and resolve technical questions through collaborative exchanges.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry standard 2D and 3D CAD tools and PCB layout design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi document sets.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience collaborating on remote, cross functional projects is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $40 to $50 per hour.
