HR GeneralistPosition Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a variety of human resources functions with a strong emphasis on employee relations, employee engagement, and business partnership. This role serves as a trusted resource to employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR programs, policies, procedures, and workplace matters while supporting overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with leaders, and is passionate about fostering a positive employee experience and organizational culture.

• Partner with leaders and employees to provide day-to-day human resources support and guidance.
• Build strong relationships across assigned business units to support employee engagement, retention, and business objectives.
• Support employee relations matters by conducting investigations, gathering facts, recommending solutions, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee development, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Provide guidance regarding company policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
• Support talent development initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR-related data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational changes, workforce initiatives, and employee communications.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate with recruiting, compensation, benefits, and other HR functions to deliver a positive employee experience.
• Participate in special projects and other HR-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner support roles.
• Experience supporting employee relations investigations and workplace issues.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Temecula, CA.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
