Schedule: Compressed Work Weeks (Days & Nights)
Pay Rate: $21-$23 DOE
Location: Chandler, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport materials, tools, and equipment throughout fab, sub-fab, and warehouse areas.
• Stock and organize toolboxes, cages, kiosks, and other inventory locations.
• Support preventive maintenance activities on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform pre-clean activities and apply custodial locks according to established procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and cleanroom standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of semiconductor cleanroom experience or hands-on electromechanical experience in a related industry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work a compressed workweek schedule, including 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 15 pounds.

Preferences:

• Experience working with vacuum systems.
• Previous semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
• Experience supporting preventive maintenance activities.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
