Key responsibilities may include troubleshooting and servicing advanced pneumatic systems, basic hydraulic systems, AC/DC electrical systems, welding, fabrication, automation (PLC and instrumentation), machining, and mechanical systems across all process and packing equipment.What are we looking for?Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent2+ years' work experience related to industrial maintenanceExperience in Welding, Advanced Machinist Skills and/or fabricationPossess a fundamental understanding of Electrical systems and troubleshooting, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Schematics and/or Mechanical DrawingsWillingness to develop required technical skillsProficient with computers software's included MS OfficePreferred Qualifications:Associate degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Industrial Maintenance/TechnologyTechnical/Trade Certification in: Welding, Advanced Machinist Skills, fabrication and blueprint interpretationPossess an advanced understanding of AC/DC Electrical (up to 480VAC 3 Phase), Hydraulic and Pneumatic Schematics and Mechanical Drawings in order to solve problemsPossess PLC/Instrumentation troubleshooting skillsPhysical Requirements:Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and frequent pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs.).Frequent handling/gripping/bending/twisting/stooping.Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).Able to work in confined spacesAbility to read, write and understand EnglishWhat will be your key responsibilities?Troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling equipment within close tolerances.Advanced Pneumatic, Basic Hydraulic, AC/DC Electrical Systems, Automation (PLC and Instrumentation), Automation, Machining, and Mechanical Systems on all Process and Packaging Equipment (willing to train)Perform routine electrical and mechanical problem-solving on process & packaging equipment.Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM's) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) on Process & Packaging EquipmentSupport Operations in equipment setup, changeover and training of operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activitiesAccurately document Work Orders (WO) using Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP-PPM Plant Maintenance)Active Engagement in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Theory and Concepts through participation in Pillar Teams, training fellow Technicians/Operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities to include conducting Breakdown Analysis (BDA's)Understand and adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) Procedures, Confined Space Procedures and all other Plant Safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements related to supporting machinery uptimePerform any adhoc requests as assignedTotal RewardsStarting Pay: Based on experience starting at $36.52/hour+Annual Bonus and Merit IncreasesBenefits Starting Day One: Medical, Vision, and DentalUp to 6% 401(k) matchVacation timeTuition reimbursementShort/Long-Term Disability18 weeks parental leaveRelocation will not be considered
