Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required

Assignment Details

• Clinic open Monday through Thursday, 7am-7pm and Fridays 7am-4pm
• Expected to schedule 15-16 patients per day and see a minimum of 12 patients per day
• 40-minute treatment spots
• Up to 3 concurrent care spots per day; otherwise 1:1
