Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk

Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services

Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm

Coordinate reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and special events to enhance guest experiences

Manage guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and personalized service

Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies and local area details to offer expert guidance

Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, security, and food & beverage to deliver cohesive service

Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times

Assist with administrative tasks including record keeping, logging guest feedback, and updating guest profiles

Support the team during busy periods by multitasking effectively while maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively

Strong customer service background with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with resort or hotel operations enhances ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service

Knowledge of restaurant operations or guest relations experience is a plus but not required

Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and guest interactions is essential

Experience working in a multilingual environment or with international guests is advantageous
