Retail Associate

We have an opening for a Retail Associate, where you will follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, and adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. Additional duties include assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, manage simple records and enter information accurately, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, as well as learn company products and services to better assist others, coordinate with other departments when needed, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
