Architect Cum Technical Lead With AI/GenAI Exp
Seeking an architect cum technical lead (hands-on) with 12+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, microservices, AWS, and AI skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud native backend services and APIs.
Design and develop robust backend services using Java with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable and secure RESTful APIs. Implement microservices architecture to support modular and maintainable applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and frontend developers to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security compliance. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of cloud native applications leveraging Java, AWS, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Optimizing application performance and troubleshooting backend issues effectively.
- Collaborating with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment.
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Engaging with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Ensuring security standards and compliance are met in all development activities.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI/Gen AI based use cases using the leading AI models/services (e.g., Claude, gpt, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
Mandatory skills include: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Cloud Native, APIs, DevOps, AI/Gen AI, Agile, Design Architecture, flow diagrams.
