Position Summary The Team Lead conducts evaluations, oversees treatment planning, and ensures fidelity to evidence‑based practices while supervising team members and managing productivity. Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families. Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings. Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation. Monitor team‑to‑family ratios and manage caseloads. Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed. Education & Experience Required: Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina. Experience in clinical supervision and intensive in‑home services.
