Toddler/Twos Teacher Position
The Goddard School of Bethesda is a renowned NAEYC accredited preschool currently hiring for our Toddler/Twos program.
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and creative early education professionals to join our team. Duties of Toddler & Twos teachers include:
- Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills
- Presenting developmentally appropriate educational expectations
- Meeting the individual needs of the children
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
- Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
- Participation in staff and training meetings
Teacher Qualifications:
- Minimum of MSDE-OCC Teacher requirements (90-hour training)
- Bachelors Degree in Education is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong written and communication skills
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education is preferred
Starting Salary based on experience, education and certifications.
