Role Overview

As the Medical Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in organizing and coordinating activities for our physician residency program. You'll support residents, faculty, and prospective applicants by ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment, scheduling, and educational functions. Your work will directly impact the success of our residency program and the development of future healthcare leaders.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and organize the resident recruitment process, including communicating program offerings, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
• Perform administrative functions such as scheduling rotations, attending meetings, and distributing meeting minutes.
• Maintain personnel records, curriculum documentation, and accreditation documentation.
• Coordinate special events, educational functions, and recruitment events.
• Schedule and organize resident education sessions.

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
