PeopleShare is hiring an Admin/ Business Manager for a manufacturing company in Doylestown, PA. This is a Direct Hire position with growth opportunities as the company expands. This position directly works with upper management performing the company’s critical administrative office duties, including, but not limited to, customer service, human resources, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP), and various sales-related tasks. Looking for candidates with leadership experience, who can work independently, take ownership of role and who have worked previously on independent projects. 

Admin/ Business Manager Job Details:

Location: Doylestown, PA 

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 based on previous experience

Hours: Mon- Fri 7:30am-4pm and need to have flexibility for an earlier or later start if needed 

Admin/ Business Manager Job Description: 

Serves as Company ‘gatekeeper’ - answers the main telephone, receives guests and office deliveries
Handles purchase orders, works with customers directly, and handles company invoicing

Processes bi-weekly payroll

Uses Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills, and QuickBooks

Maintains office, outside services, tech procurement, physical and electronic files

Admin/ Business Manager Job Requirements:

2- or 4-year college degree preferred

5 years of related experience or extensive relevant skills training

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to work with technology, software and troubleshoot if necessary

A positive, can-do attitude
