Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Location

Georgetown, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, paramedics, and PCTs across day, mid, and night shifts
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Participate in 4 weekend shifts per schedule cycle
• Maintain BLS, and at least one of the following: ALS, TNCC, ENPC, or PALS certification throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Required certifications: BLS and at least one of the following — ALS, TNCC, ENPC, or PALS
• No on-call requirements for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of Emergency Department experience
• ENPC certification
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Team-oriented, flexible, and positive demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
