Clinical Pharmacist: Patient‑Centered Medication Safety

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in the Puget Sound region is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to help our doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications, supporting patient recovery and well‑being. Each day you will review prescriptions in your queue, perform final safety checks, evaluate drug interactions, dosing, allergies, and ensure accurate entry, labeling and timely dispensing.
