Activities Assistant

Activities Assistant Join our team as a PRN Activities Assistant at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community in Albert Lea, MN. Pay is $14.50 to $18.35 an hour, with credit given for verified experience, plus holiday pay. This is a true as-needed role: no minimum shift commitment and no set schedule. What you'll do

• Plan and lead recreational, social, and wellness activities for residents
• Set up, run, and clean up activity spaces and materials
• Escort and support residents getting to and from programs
• Work alongside the Life Enrichment Director to keep the monthly activity calendar full and varied
• Build one-on-one connections with residents, especially those who don't often join group activities
• Support residents across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing

What you'll need Required:

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred: - Experience working with older adults, or in an activities, recreation, or hospitality role (not required, we will train) Pay and benefits
