• -Issue and bind Commercial Policies
• -Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• -Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• -Process customer policy change requests.
• -Take premium payments from customers.
• -Answer incoming phone calls.
• -Return all phone messages promptly.
• -Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• -Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• -Generating insurance quotes

• -Knowledgeable in Commercial Policies
• -Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• -Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• -Must have ability to multi-task.
• -Professional phone etiquette.
• -Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• -Great Customer Service Skills.
• -Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• -Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• -Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• -Currently hold Property & Casualty insurance license
