Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Delaware or a qualifying compact license (permanent Delaware license must be obtained promptly upon assignment start)
- Prior experience working in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Willingness to complete any facility-specific onboarding documentation prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
