We hand you the keys. You take care of the place. And we take care of you. What You’ll Be Doing Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off. Help customers who show up to the store. Rent a unit, take a payment, get a review when you make the customer’s day. Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs. Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs. Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance. Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working. Take care of the place and the customers.
