Commercial Analytics Manager

Our client, a large, established building products manufacturer with a strong North American presence and global footprint, is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to help continue building out its Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence.

This person will work across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, connecting data and KPIs to provide a clearer picture of overall commercial performance. This is a hands-on analytics role that combines data analysis, cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead analytics projects across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

• Connect multiple data sources to provide a holistic view of commercial performance

• Define, track and improve consistency around key commercial KPIs

• Work hands-on in Salesforce and Tableau to analyze data and build reporting

• Translate complex data into clear business trends and takeaways

• Improve data governance, documentation and reporting processes

• Partner across business and technical teams to drive projects forward

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting at least 2 of 3 areas: Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and overall business performance

• Proven experience owning cross-functional projects

• Experience working across multiple data sources and systems

• Strong communication and data storytelling skills

• Experience with data governance and KPI definitions

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau strongly preferred

• Exposure to Power BI, Adobe Analytics and/or Qualtrics is a plus

The strongest candidate will combine analytics expertise, business acumen and project leadership rather than specializing solely in dashboard development or one analytics platform.

Workplace Type: Hybrid – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 base salary + eligibility to earn a 10% annual bonus
