At our Sleep Center, we are dedicated to helping patients achieve better sleep through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, periodic limb movement disorders, and seasonal affective disorder. We are seeking an experienced and highly engaged Practice Manager to provide operational leadership for our growing Sleep Center program. This leader will oversee the daily operations of three practice locations in Southfield, St. Clair Shores, and Macomb, supporting seven providers and leading a team of 13 direct reports. The Practice Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient experiences, optimizing practice performance, driving employee engagement, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and operational excellence across all sites.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-oriented healthcare leader with experience managing multiple locations, leading diverse teams, and balancing operational priorities in a fast-paced ambulatory environment. This individual will partner closely with physicians, clinical staff, and system leaders to support growth initiatives, improve patient access, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care for patients affected by sleep disorders.

Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Preferred.
• Three (3) years of relevant healthcare, medical practice or related work experience Required.
• One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience.
