Autonomous Home Health Physical Therapist

West Coast Wound is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide in-home care across the Hemet/Temecula region. You will perform full home evaluations, develop plans of care, and lead patients through personalized rehab programs.

The role requires CA licensure, strong clinical reasoning, and the ability to work independently with a mobile patient caseload. Four 10-hour days per week in a home-based setting.
