Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, where you'll ensure smooth inventory operations by verifying incoming materials, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in Oracle. You'll troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You Will Do

• Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
• Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
• Track critical raw materials and products and notify departments of shortages or irregularities.

What You Will Bring

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: 1+ year in materials or warehouse role.
• Skilled with handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.
• Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.

Shift: 12pm-8pm

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour + 15% shift differential! Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
