Full-time, five days/week -- 8-hour shifts with flexibility for 9-hour shifts One evening shift per week -- 12 pm - 9 pm -- plus one Saturday per month Average 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hour shift Outpatient family practice clinic -- primary care and same-day visits Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits Procedures: suturing, splinting, joint injections, IUD placements, and more Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient population 2 years NP/PA experience required -- family practice and urgent care preferred We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
