- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform, certification preferred
- Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the ServiceNow Platform
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on urgency and accuracy
- Ability to follow documented procedures accurately

- ServiceNow Developer
- Responsible for working with workflows, test automation and maintenance in support of the development, maintenance, integration, enhancement, and support of the ServiceNow platform following vendor best practices.
- Work with workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework based on provided manual test scripts.
- Works with the team to provide estimated level of effort.
- Takes ownership of high level / complex business requirements and works them to completion.
- Ensure all work adheres to the processes, policies and best practices for development and the platform for Delta and ServiceNow.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product capabilities to ensure we are best utilizing the platform with minimal customization.
- Participate in daily standups to report status, delays, and risks to scrum master / team leads / management.
- Work with members of the team, vendors, and other teams in support of application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
