ECE Lead Teacher

Talentkids Academy is seeking to fill full-time and part-time positions with team-oriented individuals that are Early Childhood Lead Teachers, Level 3, who have a passion for young children. Responsibilities: Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited daycare, childcare center, ECE Qualified Level 3 Lead Teacher. Coordinating the curriculum and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Behavior management, parent communication, health and safety in the classroom. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met. Must be dependable, flexible, and reliable. Must pass background checks. CPR and First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain. Be familiar and able to maintain PDIS (Early Childhood Professional Development Information System) records and Colorado Shines guidelines. Must meet Colorado minimum Rules and Regulations for Lead Teachers. Additional coursework may be required based on classroom assignment. Full job descriptions available upon interview.
