Pay Rate: $21.50/hour (2-year contract)Shift: 8am-4:30pm during 3-6 week training process, then candidate must be able to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 11am-10:30pm, AND one Saturday or Sunday a month.Why you should apply to be Customer Support Representative:

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing advanced product and service information to customers, channel partners, and internal personnel
• Serving as the first point of contact for resolving customer questions, concerns, and complaints
• Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating with internal teams as needed
• Responding to escalated issues promptly and obtaining managerial approvals when required
• Making outbound calls to develop new relationships and follow up with customers
• Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system to support customer retention and business development
• Conducting interviews with customers to clarify requirements and support sales conversations
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have post-secondary non-tertiary education
• Bring 1 year to 3 years of hands-on customer service experience 
• Excel at digital communications, building customer loyalty, and navigating customer challenges
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
