Pay Rate: $21.50/hour (2-year contract)Shift: 8am-4:30pm during 3-6 week training process, then candidate must be able to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 11am-10:30pm, AND one Saturday or Sunday a month.Why you should apply to be Customer Support Representative:- Competitive pay rate with retention bonuses at 6, 12, and 24 months of employment

- Providing advanced product and service information to customers, channel partners, and internal personnel
- Serving as the first point of contact for resolving customer questions, concerns, and complaints
- Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Responding to escalated issues promptly and obtaining managerial approvals when required
- Making outbound calls to develop new relationships and follow up with customers
- Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system to support customer retention and business development
- Conducting interviews with customers to clarify requirements and support sales conversations
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes
- Have post-secondary non-tertiary education
- Bring 1 year to 3 years of hands-on customer service experience
- Excel at digital communications, building customer loyalty, and navigating customer challenges
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Are eager to grow your skills through ongoing training, development, and industry best practices
