1st Shift Purchasing/Accounting Clerk

Job Responsabilities:

Purchasing:
Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services needed for sales process.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels, placing orders when necessary.
Accounting:
Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, etc.
Assist in preparing and maintain accurate financial records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
Operations Support:
Collaborate with staff to ensure purchasing aligns with project timelines and material requirements.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, filing, and updating databases.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


Pay Range: $53,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience


Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-5p
