The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$135,600.00 - $203,400.00**Purpose Statement:** Lead productivity and operational focused resources that ensure manufacturing layouts, capacity, and plant facilitation to enable execution to business and quality needs. Demonstrate a mastery of the interplay between human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination. Drive the strategic planning and execution of overall strategy for Industrial Engineering**Key Job Accountabilities:*** Develop and oversee strategic plan for industrial engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction* Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality, and supply chain to drive integrated solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency* Oversee the evaluation, planning, and execution of facility upgrades and process improvements using data-driven analysis and advanced Industrial Engineering techniques* Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.**Education/Experience Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree with 8 or more years of related experience is preferred.
