Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Overview Our client is a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma and top-ranked children’s teaching hospital, and part of a multi-hospital not-for-profit healthcare system in the South. They are currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead a diverse inpatient pharmacy team supporting critical care, OR, and ED functions. This position manages 20 direct reports and is heavily involved in clinical decision support, formulary oversight, and system-level pharmacy committees. The ideal candidate will bring both pediatric clinical expertise and leadership experience, with a strong ability to foster team development and operational excellence. This is a key role in shaping the pharmacy program's direction, including residency program involvement. Responsibilities Lead an inpatient pharmacy team across critical care, OR, and ED services. Directly manage 20 staff and participate in clinical decision support, formulary oversight, and system-level pharmacy committees.
