TTM Territory Manager - Phoenix, Arizona

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for its Therapeutic Target Management division in Phoenix to drive sales revenue, develop new business opportunities, and build strategic customer relationships in critical care hospital settings. The role combines direct sales, clinical education, and territory management.
Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales revenue to meet or exceed established division priorities and targets
- Develop sustainable new business opportunities aligned with company strategic goals
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical education at key accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, materials management, and hospital leadership
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and manage territory budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience and demonstrated success
- Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
- Strong clinical knowledge in critical care disease states and product expertise
- Comfort navigating hospital, physician office, and clinical environments
- Ability to manage complex situations decisively and solve problems creatively
- Graduate degree preferred
