Med-Surg Nurse (RN) in Albany, GA

Key Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN license with eligibility to practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Medical-Surgical RN
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures, assessments, and patient charts
• Skilled in medication administration, wound care, patient education, and IV therapy
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Current BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout hospital stays

• Perform routine and urgent nursing interventions in accordance with hospital policies

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
