Clinician - Promoting Success (4529)

Center For Family Services is seeking a Clinician for its Promoting Success Program. The Promoting Success Program is a comprehensive mental health program providing in-home or in-community counseling as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children and young adults ages 5-21 and their families who reside in Sussex County. The program will provide an array of services for a minimum of six months to achieve successful outcomes. Location: Sussex County, NJ Job Type/Status: Fee for service Duties and Responsibilities Assess needs and provide therapy to families and children in home or in community Monitor case progress toward goal achievement Practice sound clinical and case management judgement Submit and maintain paperwork in an EHR as per agency and expectations Participate in individual supervision as per licensing regulations Travel throughout Sussex County Qualifications Must have a professional License: LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and assessment skills Excellent writing skills and computer literate Must be energetic, reliable, and organized Must be culturally sensitive to work with diverse populations.
