Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across both elementary and secondary school settings, supporting students’ communication and language development needs. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you'll be integral in helping children achieve critical milestones and improve their academic experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and ESA certification required
• Experience or strong interest working in schools, including with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcomed along with those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in individualized education program (IEP) planning and case management preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, reporting, and collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for elementary and secondary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input regarding each student’s needs and progress
• Serve as a resource for classroom strategies and support
