Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health
If you are passionate about mental health care, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients with mental health disorders while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' mental health conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to their needs.
- Administer medications, including psychotropic drugs, and monitor patients for side effects or complications.
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as crisis counseling and health education sessions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately in medical records while adhering to regulatory standards.
