Baptist Health is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist & Wolfson St. Augustine Emergency Room St. Augustine. This is a full-time day shift opportunity.

This emergency center provides convenient access to high-quality care for a rapidly growing community. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to patient-centered care.

Assistant Nurse Manager Job Responsibilities:
\n
\n
Works closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient care
\n
Is an expert clinical resource
\n
Facilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flow
\n
Takes a lead role in implementing changes
\n
Supports and coaches staff development
\n
Makes shift to shift patient care assignments
\n
Takes a direct patient care assignment as needed.
\n
\n
\n
Assistant Nurse Manager Experience:
\n
\n
3-5 years Nursing Experience (required)
\n
\n
\n
Medical Surgical and Telemetry Experience (required)
\n
\n
\n
Leadership and Charge Nurse Experience (required)
\n
\n
\n
Assistant Nurse Manager Education & Credential Requirements:
\n
\n
\n
Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
\n
\n
\n
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
\n
\n
\n
Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
\n
\n
\n
Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
\n
\n
\n
