Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Post-Acute Care Schedule This is a 12-hour night shift position. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Post-Acute Care unit, which specializes in skilled nursing rehabilitation for patients aged 60 and above. The nursing team will provide care in a dynamic environment, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. Responsibilities Administer medications and provide nursing care as per protocols. Conduct phlebotomy, EKGs, and transport patients as necessary. Manage patient care plans and monitor vital signs. Provide support for patients with dementia and ensure their comfort. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is required. IV Certification is preferred for LPNs. Experience with the EPIC documentation system within the past 2 years is non-negotiable. Dementia-capable care certification is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
