Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every weekend
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculoskeletal conditions to restore mobility and independence
Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and progress
Provide specialized rehabilitation in orthopedic, sports, neurological, stroke, balance, and spinal therapy
Collaborate with a dynamic rehab team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
Travel to multiple points of care within the Samaritan system, expanding your clinical experience
Qualifications
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license (must be active)
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification (BLS/BCLS accepted)
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
Must be willing to travel to multiple care locations as needed
Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in evaluating and treating neuro/musculoskeletal conditions
Proficient in Point Click EMR system
Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation protocols
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different care environments
