Responsibilities In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 3, your area of responsibility will be as below: Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications Contribute in design alternatives evaluation using advanced engineering tools, to achieve consensus on optimal approaches and create detailed design concepts for components and/or systems. Leverage feedback from testing and user interactions, to develop and assess prototypes in ensure alignment with project goals Develop specialized solution specifications for engineering projects and run advanced testing to ensure solutions meet technical and performance requirements Execute prototyping efforts, applying expertise to model design concepts, and lead testing and feedback synthesis to refine prototypes Run integration projects, solving complex technical challenges and enhance system functionality, through usage of engineering tools and methodologies Optimize system performance through targeted tuning, improving efficiency and addressing reliability concerns Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring thorough understanding of engineering outcomes across teams Contributions to the Team A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements. Ability to analyze and offer solutions to complex engineering challenges Expertise in managing prototyping cycles with sector focus insights Ability to integrate complex systems and lead testing initiatives Fostering knowledge transfer through comprehensive training and documentation Required Skills and Experience Candidate needs to have detailed knowledge developing and supporting various MES application (COTS or custom based). Candidate should be well‑versed with the support and maintenance activities. Should have experience in translating business needs into requirements. Candidate should be having a hands‑on experience of working in .NET related application involving SQL Database. Preferred Skills and Experience Considerable exposure working in Agile methodology. Working with teams spread across different geographies and different time zones. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
