We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arrow Animal Urgent Care . As the first point of contact for pet owners, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their furry companions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins, check outs, and inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
• Educate pet owners on urgent care services.
• Manage client accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records using veterinary software.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Handle multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in customer service in a veterinary hospital required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle emotional situations with compassion and professionalism
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23-27 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Expected schedule: primarily Sunday-Wednesday (shift times vary)
