Seeking a dependable babysitter for my infant, December 21st

We're looking for a warm, reliable caregiver for our 11-month-old starting Dec. 21. We have 3 children (11 months, 3 & 4 years old). Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM. You'll care for the baby while Mom/Dad takes the older kids to school. Duties include formula, breakfast/solids, diaper changes, playtime, and a nap around 10 AM. During nap, we'd appreciate light child-related help such as dishes, kids' laundry, and tidying bedrooms/playroom. Baby wakes around 11:30 for formula, solids, and playtime until 12:30. Experience with multiple children is great. Must be nurturing, attentive, and dependable.
