Forklift Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.
Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
Maintain accurate inventory placement and ensure materials are stored properly.
Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
Meet productivity and quality expectations while maintaining safe operating practices.


Qualifications
Previous forklift experience required.
Valid forklift certification preferred; additional training may be provided based on position requirements.
Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.


Pre-Employment Requirements



Candidates must successfully complete and pass all required pre-employment screening, including:

Drug screening
