We're looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support brand development, coordinate marketing initiatives, and help ensure promotional activities reflect the company's identity and objectives.

You'll work across campaign planning, market research, content development, and brand coordination. Collaborating with different teams, you'll help bring marketing ideas to life, maintain consistency across materials, and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with developing and implementing brand marketing plans and campaigns.
• Research customer preferences, competitor positioning, and market trends.
• Prepare and review brand presentations, promotional materials, and campaign content.
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, project deadlines, and promotional deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams on brand initiatives.
• Support content development for digital platforms, print materials, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign activity and help prepare brand performance reports.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support marketing decisions.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist with product or service promotions, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution and strengthen audience engagement.
