Job Title: Occupational Therapist Outpatient Hand Specialist

Must-Have: Experience in treating general occupational therapy adult patients and complex hand injuries.
Ability to treat lymphedema and oncology cases preferred.


Description:
This position requires a skilled outpatient occupational therapist focused on hand therapy.
The therapist will work with adults suffering from complex hand injuries.
Experience in lymphedema management and oncology treatment is beneficial.
The role involves providing assessments and developing treatment plans.
Therapists will be expected to engage patients in functional rehabilitation activities.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in adaptive equipment assessment and activities of daily living.
A team approach with interdisciplinary support will be essential.
Daily patient load typically ranges from 8 to 15.
Completion of documentation in the specified electronic health record system is required.
The clinician may need to float as necessary to meet facility needs.
Candidates must be open to discussing schedule requests with the manager.
There are no on-call requirements for this position.
Candidates should be prepared to work during 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Compliance with all pre-employment requirements is essential.
