CNA Opportunity at Cape Regency RehabCape Regency Rehab is looking for part-time CNAs to join our nursing team in Centerville!16 hours available on 7a-3p, every weekend8 hours available on every other Saturday 3p-11p24 hours available on 11a-7pWeekly pay. $23 to $29 an hour, depending on the shift, as evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.You provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse.Experience & Education:Must hold an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, have recently graduated from a CNA program, or be in the process of obtaining a state license.New graduates welcome!Duties & Responsibilities:Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care.Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.Document accurately and completely.Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident.Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.Methods of identification of residents are maintained.
