Provideoverall direction of program activities. Manage and maintaincontractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization. Ultimately responsible for quality and timely delivery of contract tasks. Consultwith customer to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations. Interactwith leadership of other Enterprise Services (ES)private and public partners as part of an integrated ES service delivery team. Establishand maintaintechnical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks. Support high-profile, fast paced, and high-volume Delegated Examining (DE) and Merit Promotion (MP) recruitment for the Agency. Job Requirements Education & Certifications: A bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field; or a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity, including responsibility for day-to-day oversight, service delivery, compliance, and performance reporting. Demonstrated experience in managing contractor personnel, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to contract, and regulatory requirements.
