Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts.The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while fostering a safe and efficient environment.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission.Develop individualized care plans based on assessment data and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Provide timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in accordance with policy.Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and provide direct patient care while focusing on patient education.Initiate discharge planning on the day of admission and educate patients in preparation for discharge.Communicate significant changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care.Supervise and train ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.Support team dynamics and contribute positively to the work environment.Maintain communication with management regarding supplies, equipment, and clinical training needs.Assume charge responsibility as requested following the orientation period.Pursue professional development through continuing education and self-study.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:BLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS certification required prior to first shift (if applicable).Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience preferred.ICU experience is required.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
