The role requires strong assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams is essential. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Effective communication with patients and families is required. The position entails responding to emergency situations swiftly and competently. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care. Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Candidates must possess the ability to work effectively under pressure.
